We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific brand size charts. Most skates should fit snugly without pinching; if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.
What is your return policy for used skates?
To be eligible for a return, skates must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging. Once skates have been used outdoors or show wheel wear, they can no longer be returned.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming event or competition.
Do your skates come with a warranty?
Yes, all our skates come with a manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This typically ranges from 6 months to 1 year depending on the brand, excluding normal wear and tear on wheels and bearings.
Can I upgrade the bearings or wheels on my purchase?
