Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused skates and accessories back into their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
