To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your knee at the joint. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:

• Extra Small: 25.4 - 30.5cm (10 - 12")
• Small: 30.5 - 35.5cm (12 - 14")
• Medium: 35.5 - 40.5cm (14 - 16")
• Large: 38 - 43cm (15 - 17")
• Extra Large: 43 - 50.8cm (17 - 20")
